Moazma Ahmed
Superintendent Pharmacist & Weight Loss Specialist

Moazma Ahmed is the Superintendent Pharmacist at Live Well Pharmacy and plays a leading role in the clinical governance of Live Well Weight Loss. She has experience in community pharmacy, NHS services and regulated weight management treatments.
Moazma reviews and oversees clinical processes to help ensure patients receive safe, evidence-based treatment where appropriate. Her work includes supporting the safe prescribing and supply of weight loss treatments such as Mounjaro and Wegovy, alongside appropriate lifestyle advice and follow-up.
Before joining Live Well Pharmacy, Moazma gained valuable experience at Lloyds Pharmacy, developing strong expertise in patient-centred care, medicines management and community healthcare.
Kiran Nijjar
Lead Prescriber for Men’s Health

Kiran Nijjar is an experienced pharmacist independent prescriber with a clinical interest in men’s health, aesthetics and weight management. She is the Lead Prescriber at UsMen.co.uk and also supports prescribing services at Live Well Weight Loss.
Kiran holds an MPharm degree and completed her independent prescribing qualification at the University of Bradford. Her prescribing role includes reviewing patient suitability, assessing medical history and ensuring treatments are supplied safely and responsibly.
Alongside her online prescribing work, Kiran practises in aesthetics in Sowerby Bridge, where she provides non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She also supports men’s health treatments including hair loss and erectile dysfunction through UsMen.co.uk.
Usman Majid

Usman Majid is an experienced pharmacist with a background in pharmacy operations, medicines management, regulatory compliance and patient safety. After completing his MPharm degree, he managed a Boots Pharmacy store for over five years, gaining extensive experience in community pharmacy, team leadership and safe pharmacy practice.
Usman is the Responsible Pharmacist at Live Well Pharmacy, supporting the safe and professional operation of pharmacy services. His role includes ensuring that prescription services, patient communications and pharmacy processes meet appropriate professional and regulatory standards.
He also oversees compliance and data protection across Live Well Pharmacy and associated online services, helping to maintain high standards around clinical governance, GDPR, patient confidentiality and safe online healthcare.
